A Pre-Sale Building Inspection is designed to identify possible building defects commonly found during a Pre-Purchase Building Inspection ensuring there are no surprises after the contract has been signed. This will give you the seller, more confidence when it comes to negotiating a sale price as you will already have the necessary information prior to listing.
Many buyers use the Pre-Purchase Building Inspection as a tool to negotiate the price down or pull out of the contract altogether. If the contract does fall through, this has the affect of making your property look less desirable as it can be perceived by other buyers as a sign of trouble with the home.
Our inspections are compliant with AS4349 .1-2007 which is the same standard used for the Pre-Purchase Building Inspection. Please see the Terms of Agreement for full details.
